ExploreTECH brought the TECH Pavilion to FHS World 2026, which took place 29 September–1 October at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai.

Designed as a dedicated destination for hospitality technology, the TECH Pavilion brought together leading technology brands across key areas of the hotel ecosystem — creating a space for hoteliers, industry leaders and technology providers to connect, discover and exchange ideas.

This year, a new line-up of technology brands joined ExploreTECH at the Pavilion, showcasing solutions helping move hospitality forward.

What a fantastic three days at FHS! It was great to see such a strong mix of hotel owners, operators, asset managers and technology leaders all coming together to share ideas, challenges and perspectives on the future of hospitality. There were some excellent speaking sessions throughout the event, with plenty of valuable conversations around how the industry is evolving and how technology can play a bigger role in helping hospitality businesses make better, more informed decisions. It was also fantastic to be part of the TECH Pavilion by ExploreTECH alongside so many innovative companies shaping the future of our industry. A particular highlight for me was taking part in the Shark Tank session, where we challenged hoteliers to imagine they had $500,000 to invest in a brand-new technology idea.

It was a great way to explore what really matters to hoteliers today — where they see the biggest opportunities, what problems still need solving, and where they would place their bets on the future of hospitality technology. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, joined a conversation, challenged our thinking or simply said hello. Events like FHS are a great reminder that the future of hospitality technology is ultimately about solving real problems for the people operating and investing in hotels.
